What Problem Did the Grant Solve?

Tablets provided helped care givers and survivors to keep all treatment data and survivorship information on it. It helps increase communication and helps removes barriers to cancer care.

What Was the Impact of the Grant?

From one of the patients recently on September 22, 2017. WMFF provided gas, food, and lodging gift cards to help with the cost of travel to see the Oncologist. WMFF also gifted me with a brand new I Pad, loaded with valuable resources, such as medication facts, information about diseases, and a voice recorder which I can use whenever I see the doctor, so that if my chemo brain forgets, technology will have my back. Additionally, WMFF is able to provide referrals for aftercare services, like Survivorship clinics or counseling. WMFF has been a great help in my life and Brett is wonderful to work with.
